  • Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cups chicken stock

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry them for 1-2 minutes until they are soft and fragrant.
  • Add the diced red pepper and tomatoes and fry for another 2-3 minutes until soft.
  • Add the chicken stock and bring to the boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer the soup for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add the dried ava herbs and coconut milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Serve the Ava herb soup hot and enjoy!
