Shipping policy
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the total weight of the parcel and are shown before payment.

Estimated delivery time: 3–15 working days depending on the destination. For Canada and the United States the maximum weight is 20 kg (last tier: 15–20 kg).
Restrictions
- United States: we only ship our hair products (weaves, wigs, closures and frontals) to the United States. Food, spices, cosmetics and beverages are not shipped there.
- Alcoholic beverages: delivered to mainland France and Overseas 1 only. They are shipped separately: if your cart contains alcoholic beverages and other products, the shipping costs of both parcels are added together.
- Parcels over 30 kg (over 20 kg for Canada and the United States): no delivery method is offered automatically. Please contact us for a quote.
- Wholesale: wholesale products are sold per kg, with a minimum order of 10 kg per product. Shipping is calculated on the total weight.
Customs duties and taxes
Shipments to countries outside the European Union (including Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Ukraine and the Balkan countries), to the overseas territories, Canada and the United States require a customs declaration. Import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.
For the United States, regulations require duties and taxes to be paid before dispatch. If any charges apply, we will contact you before shipping.
For alcoholic beverages sent to the overseas territories, the customs declaration states the alcohol content, quantity and value. Taxes may be charged on delivery above 2 litres.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear. If you have not received your order within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, please email us at sma.serviceclients@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the parcel and the item. We will find a solution together.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receipt. Returns are free if the item is defective, damaged or does not match your order. In all other cases, return shipping is at your expense. Perishable food and personal care products cannot be returned; hair products can be returned if the clips have not been opened. Full details are in our refund policy.
