Shipping guidelines

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (except weekends and public holidays) after receipt. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

International shipping

We offer international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which will be charged once a shipment reaches your destination country. SMA is not responsible for these charges if they are levied, they are your responsibility as a customer.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact sma.serviceclients@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will take care of it.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sma.serviceclients@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We deal with these cases on a case by case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
