Refund policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at sma.serviceclients@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), special orders (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and checked your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
