Ich bin begeistert von der Ware, die nach einer Woche ankamen. Der Kundenservice war super. Die Haare haben perfekt zu meinen Naturlocken gepasst.
Sie springen immer wieder in die Struktur nach dem Waschen. Auch die Friseurin war begeistert, die meine Haare eingearbeitet hat.

Ich bestellte gewellte Haare in der Länge 35cm. Als ich die Haare erhielt, stellte ich fest, dass ich lieber längere Haare hätte. Ich erhielt von SMA daraufhin eine Retouretikette, meine Bestellung wurde annulliert und ich konnte nochmals Haare in 55cm bestellen. Der ganze Vorgang war äusserst professionell, ganz nach dem Motto: Zufriedenheit oder Geld zurück.
Ich kann diesen Shop nur empfehlen.
