In the vast primeval forests of southern Cameroon grows a plant that the locals call the "king of herbs". The leaves are picked by hand and dried in the sun.
This plant has not yet revealed all its secrets. However, it is used for its many therapeutic and medicinal properties, both as a rinse and as a bath.
Place the dried leaves in a bucket of hot water for 30 minutes. Then wash yourself with this water or take a sitz bath with it.
This plant has so many positive effects, here are some examples :
- Abdominal pain and cramps
- Chlamydia, inflammation and itching
- painful menstruation
- blocked fallopian tubes, fertility problems
