ESSENTIAL OIL
From the oregano family, marjoram is a perennial aromatic plant that grows mainly in the Mediterranean basin. It has foliage covered with a light down and small white or violet flowers. It has a strong, sweet fragrance. The essential oil of marjoram is obtained by distillation of the flowering aerial parts of marjoram.

Diffusion
- A few drops in an electric diffuser (5 to 10 min/h)

- 2 drops on a neutral tablet, sugar or a honey spoon to fight against mental fatigue, respiratory infections or before bedtime so that you can fall asleep
Inhalation
- 8 drops in a bowl of warm water, inhaled for colds
Massage
- 2 drops in a spoonful of vegetable oil for massage in painful areas or solar plexus in case of stress
PRECAUTIONS
- Essential oil of photo-sensitization: Do not expose to the sun after use
- Wash your hands before and after using essential oils
- Do not use in pregnant women during the first 3 months of pregnancy
- Breastfeeding women: ask your doctor for advice
- Not to be used on babies and children under 7 years old
- Do not leave bottles of essential oil within the reach of children
