ESSENTIAL OIL

The cypress is an evergreen tree found mainly around the Mediterranean. Its essential oil has a woody, fresh and resinous scent.

Uses

  • Diffusion: a few drops in a diffuser to scent the room.
  • Massage: 4 drops in 20 ml of vegetable oil.
  • Cooking (according to current EU regulations): 1 to 2 drops per 2 kg or 2 litres of preparation.

Precautions

  • Wash your hands before and after use.
  • Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Breastfeeding women: ask your doctor.
  • Do not use on babies or children under 7 years.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
