This recipe comes to us from the East Cameroon region, it is one of those flagship recipes that once you have tasted it, you want to come back to it.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of smoked meat (your choice)
- 1/2 kg of smoked fish
- 200 g of crayfish
- 250 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g kanda powder
- Fresh or dried leaves of ava (aromatic herb)
- Chili pepper (any number)
- Black pepper
- Salt or seasoning cubes
- 1 lemon
