Atlas Cedar essential oil has been known for its therapeutic properties since ancient times. Cedar wood is repellent to insects and pests: Egyptians used this wood to protect mummies!
To obtain 100 ml of essential oil, you need about 3 kg of cedar wood.
Atlas cedarwood essential oil is mainly used dermally by mixing it with a neutral oil. It is known to provide a solution to the problems of fungus, greasy hair, obesity, cellulite, depression.

Recommended dosage (according to current European regulations):
- Cooking: 1 to 2 drops of Atlas cedar essential oil per 2 kg or per 2 litres of preparation.

Other applications:
Massage
- Mix 4 drops of Atlas Cedar essential oil in 20 ml of vegetable oil and massage the thighs, stomach....!
Care
- Mix 5 drops in your shampoo dose and wash the hair, allowing it to soak in for a few minutes (only for oily hair).
- Mix 3 drops of Atlas cedar essential oil in vegetable oil and apply to areas affected by fungal infections.
Dry inhalation
- Against the common cold: 1 drop of essential oil on each wrist and breathe calmly, it can also combat stress, nervousness, depression.....
PRECAUTIONS
- Photosensitising essential oil: Do not expose to the sun after use.
- Wash your hands before and after using essential oils
- Do not use on pregnant women in the first 3 months of pregnancy
- Breastfeeding women: ask your doctor for advice
- Must not be used on babies and children under 7 years of age
- Do not leave essential oil bottles within reach of children
