African chicken stew with bird pepper.
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 peppers, seeded and diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp bird pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 500ml chicken stock
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until lightly browned.
