Our dried djeka leaves come from a West African tree. They should not be confused with cassava leaves.
In Africa, djeka leaves have been part of family plant traditions for generations. They are mainly prepared as an infusion or a decoction.
Preparation
- Infusion: steep a small handful of leaves in hot water for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Decoction: boil the leaves in water for 10 to 15 minutes, then strain.
Quality
The leaves are carefully selected and air-dried, with no additives.
Store in a dry place, away from light.
