Here is a simple recipe to make the most of Cameroon white unground pepper:

White Pepper Sauce:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup chicken stock

  • 1 tsp white unground pepper from Cameroon
  • salt to taste

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

The almighty white peppercorns from Cameroon that I can't never live without. Get the Penja variation if you can, but you can't go wrong with this regular one either, plus the price point here is unbeatable White peppercorns from Cameroon is the last spice that I'd run out of.
