EFFECTS
Ginger contains essential oils and gingerol, which gives it its pungency. In addition, the small tuber contains digestive and circulatory stimulants such as borneol and cineol
It also contains vitamin C, iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and sodium.
APPLICATION
This fruity vinegar is ideal for Mediterranean salads, bulgur salad, beetroot salad and leafy green salads such as rocket and lamb's lettuce as well as vegetables
Suitable companions for the dressing are argan oil, walnut oil, hazelnut oil, pumpkin seed oil, toasted sesame oil, grapeseed oil and sweet olive oil.
