ESSENTIAL OIL
True Lavender is found between 600 and 1200 m above sea level in hilly or mountainous regions. This type of lavender has only one flower on each stem.
Known as a defence against moths in our grandmothers' cupboards, it helps to fight nervousness, muscular pains, skin diseases, heart and circulatory problems.

Recommended dosage (according to current European regulations) :

Diffusion
- A few drops in a diffuser for 5 to 10 min/h
Care
- 2 drops on sugar or honey to swallow, against anxiety
- 5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil for use in sunburn
Bathroom
- 12 drops of 20 ml vegetable oil to fill your bath to relax
Inhale
- 6 drops in a bowl of warm water and inhaled against ENT infections
Massage
- 10 drops of 20 ml vegetable oil massage on sore muscles
PRECAUTIONS
- Essential oil of photo-sensitization: Do not expose to the sun after use
- Wash your hands before and after using essential oils
- Do not use in pregnant women during the first 3 months of pregnancy
- Breastfeeding women: ask your doctor for advice
- Not to be used on babies and children under 7 years old
- Do not leave bottles of essential oil within the reach of children.
