ESSENTIAL OIL
Thyme essential oil is known as a powerful anti-infective that can be applied to the digestive system, skin, mouth or ENT. Thyme of the Lamiaceae family is a plant that likes warmth and hard soil.
It is found mainly in southern France, Italy and the Balkans.It is used to cleanse the respiratory tract (sore throat, sinusitis...), the digestive tract and to solve problems of dermatological infections (eczema, psoriasis, boils, abscesses, ulcers, wounds, dermatitis). Firming, it helps to combat fatigue.

USAGE
Recommended dosage (according to current European regulations):
- Cooking: 1 to 2 drops of thyme essential oil per 2 kg or per 2 litres of preparation.
- Dilute with a vegetable oil
Examples of use:
Bath
- A few drops of vegetable oil poured into a hot bath to clear the respiratory tract
Massage
- 3 drops of thyme essential oil in 20ml of vegetable oil
PRECAUTIONS
- Photosensitising essential oil: Do not expose yourself to the sun after use.
- Wash your hands before and after using essential oils.
- Do not use on pregnant women during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
- Breastfeeding women: Ask your doctor for advice.
- Must not be used on babies and children under 7 years of age.
- Keep essential oil bottles away from children.
