Smoothie à l'avocat et au moringa

Smoothies are always a good way to get a fresh start to the day in the morning with lots of vitamins. In this version, the avocado provides healthy fats, which are essential in a natural diet. The added moringa is considered a superfood in this recipe. Not for nothing is it known as the healthiest plant in the world. Moringa provides numerous vitamins, including vitamin A, vitamin B and vitamin C. These support the immune system, digestion and sea power, among other things.

Ingredients per jar

  • 95 g avocado 
  • 40 g baby spinach 
  • 75 ml coconut milk 
  • 1 teaspoon moringa powder 
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ice cubes 

Preparation

  • Peel and chop the avocado and place in a blender.
  • Add all the other ingredients except the moringa powder to the blender and blend vigorously.
  • Add the Moringa powder later and blend until creamy.
